HAPPY BIRTHDAY BETSY!!!!

HAPPY 24TH BIRTHDAY BETSY KATHRYN!!!

Here is a little trip down memory lane for our middle daughter. Geez, I can't believe one of our babies is 24, seems like yesterday I was feeling my stomach tighten with contractions when the friend I was speaking to on the phone was timing them and said they were coming every 5 minutes and I had better call the Dr. Here I wasn't paying attention because they didn't hurt. Well 2 hours later I had a babysitter for Jessica and was on my way into the hospital after husband had to talk to one of his workers he saw on our way, can I get an Amen for patience with that man (first child, Jessica, I had to wait by the door while he took a shower). We got there dialated to a 4 and within 2 hours our little dark haired baby was here. Yeah! I mention dark hair because out of all of my mom's 10 grandchildren my mom had at the time, she was the first with dark hair, all the rest have coloring like our spouses. I have been very blessed that all our girls were easy on their momma for pregnancy and delivery. Thank you girls.

Look at all those curls. Here she was about 18 months old. There was always one curl in the front that she use to pull down and say, "boing."

When Betsy was about 9 years old she started doing archery to hang out with her dad, here she is in the 2nd leg of the IBO (International Bowhunter Organization) and Betsy won second over all in her class. She is in the blue T-shirt and that is her friend, Stacey, next to her in the red shirt.
Now today, here is Betsy and her boyfriend, Sven at a wedding they went to last year. Don't they make a cute couple.
