We got back this morning at 1:30 AM from North Carolina and saying we were all exhausted is an understatement. There was TONS that needed to be done in the couple days that us and the kids were up there. Poor Mabry was not only teething, nose plugged up, drooling ... you get the idea, but she spent lots of time in her car seat, she was as good of a trooper as you can get for 17 months.
Being back home was heaven. The first thing out of Jay's mouth when he hit the sheets were, "I am so glad to be back in my own bed." What is it about home? About wanting to go away but wanting to get back home as soon as possible? Sheets never looked so good.
Well with all the cold weather everyone is having (some more than others) I hope that you are all snug and warm in your homes.

I certainly know what you mean about home. As much as I love to go and see and do...I always love getting back home.
Poor Mabry....I also have a grandbaby she's 20 months...aren't they just fabulous...Only mine is 1,000 miles away...I miss her something awful...
