I love me this store... they have done some renovations that made my heart leap for JOY when I stopped in there today. I was overwhelmed and now I am thinking I may have to make another trip back (good thing they aren't too far from me).
Not sure exactly what to call these, they have a knob on them but the back has a place for a nail so that you can hang them. Not sure what I am going to do with them, it might be something for the next house, but for $.25 each I may just have to go back and git me some more.

Then I scarfed up this fleur di lis bookend and now wishing I would get another one and put the books in the middle of the shelf with one on each side. See, now I know I need to go back.
Don't ya think it would look better with the books in the middle and one bookend on each side?
Real Deal is nothing to look at from the outside, almost has that "industrial plant" look to it and you might think that you can't go in to browse, but ya can, and you wouldn't want to miss all that they have. They even have other stores going down an alley and one that I stopped into had these little lemon like items that I thought would be a nice change on our coffee table.
So now that I know I have to make another trip back there soon, I will try to remember to take my camera so that you can see all the delicious things they have. Jessica and Betsy you will be surprised at how nice they have done the 2nd floor, so the next time you come home, bring mucho buckos for a trip to Real Deal.
