Mabry started out her 4th of July watching some of "her" shows on TV with Kizzy and Macy... oh and of course Sheebus.

Gampa was busy on his computer working on some reports for work...

Momma was sanding some candle sticks... and daddy was sleeping so we didn't take any pictures of him.

Jessica and I were trying to decide what she could do for her living room windows and so we followed the idea from Mabel's House blog and got shutters from the repurpose store of Habitat for Humanity and sprayed them a cleaner looking white. Here is the before...

After... with the billowy white sheers. Dan says it looks "Key West" and it really does. Jessica is going to adjust the length of the sheers but we didn't have time for that before we had to get ready for the Bar-B-Q with about 10 of their friends. I didn't get any picture of the fireworks that they and their neighbors shot off in the cul de sac (they were great) but Jessica might have if you stop at her
blog in the next few days to check it out.

Here is Mabry already to "party" on with her patriotic pigtails. She LOVED the fireworks, not afraid at all. The one who hid in the bathroom was our black doxie, Macy, and after awhile I had to go in there and try to calm her down a bit. Everyone who had to use the facilities were great with a growl from the pup on the rug.

The white shutters look awesome! I am a huge fan of shutters. :)
Little Mabry is just the cutest little thing...her piggie tails are adorable. :)
That first picture of Mabry reminds of Jessica. She is a cutie!
