Am I speaking a foreign language and Fall Decorations

OK..

After some deep breathing before my head explodes...

Here is the info box my realtor placed back in May. We have been asking now for two months for a new container since all the fliers get wet when it rains OR the plastic keeps in condensation and gets them wet at which point I go out with my trusty paper towel and wipe out the inside.

Today this is what I get...

Does this seriously look like anything different then the picture at the top? Do I speak in tongues or some other language other than English? And to top it off, they sent it to me in the mail to install. Now I am not trying to be lazy but I don't recall anywhere in the contract that I get a % of doing "their" work.

Now that I have vented and will soon be learning a new language, let us go on to something nice and pretty... Fall decorations. Now some things are new, like my door mat and scarecrow here by the front door. Some things you have seen before and have also seen in the same place as last year but because they have dibs on that particular space they get to be there again. So enjoy.

PS - I think instead of one of those House Rules boards that have been going around blogland, I need a "positive" board, so if you have some things that you think I could put on a board please leave it in the comments. I think I need to have something visual in my office so that I can have a more positive out look because today... I am not feeling so positive (or nice).
