Black vs. Red

No matter if you live in the south, north, east or west... snow seems to be hitting every where and with the melting or wet snow... and temperatures that are still very low... there comes the evil known as "black ice," (which can be worse than the snow). Looks like wet pavement but can be so treacherous. So, if you must go out... be careful...because
