Because after almost 7 months of waiting for our buyer to put a contract on our house and in that 7 months we have been more than patiently waiting (8 weeks but whose counting) for her side to get their stuff together so we can CLOSE, tomorrow is the "magic" day. Today we got the "Clear to Close" and so everything has been moving at a fast pace in my household.
