Sautéed Button Mushroom Salad
Soup du Jour
Grill Station
Grilled Hamburgers
Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwiches

and the Versaille even gave me a HUGE slice of their cheesecake.
It was large enough to pass around for everyone to have some. YUM!
These girls have no idea how much it meant to me that they wanted to get together to help me celebrate; that they would take the time considering that three of them were not feeling very well and two of the ladies I have only met once or twice. Back home we use to do this with my girlfriends or the females in my family and since moving down south I have not had the privilege of being able to do this...so it was a very fun and good times lunch for me.
Sue always has a story to tell "That could only happen to Sue" and Debbie can take an innocent story and turn it into something that makes you laugh until you cry. These are all fun gals that I am glad to have met and call them friend.
I think they did an awesome job on picking out gifts for me
Sue:
Made this lovely chocolate cake with strawberries
These green placemats, 4 lunch plates and 4 awesome size mugs. Love the paisley design, that is probably one of my favorite prints.
Denise:
Gorgeous white platter...simple yet elegant...love this.
Sandie:
If there wasn't a card, I would have known this gift was from Sandie, just because of the cute bag alone.
The card plays, "Girls Just want to have Fun" and she knows I travel a fair amount so the mug is PERFECT.
Debbie:
Is everything French and she makes tea towels and hand towels.. she does a great job. She says it is easy, but it is just one of those things you don't do for yourself. This goes so well in my house.
A friend of hers makes their own soap which she gave me a bar....I am all about the natural soaps and generally get mine sent from Pikes Place market in Seattle. Love their soap but now I might have someone more local to get my soap from.
(Towel looks good in our remodeled 1/2 bath)
Babs:
This lovely lady is someone I have only met once before and was touched that she not only wanted to come to my birthday lunch but she got me these lovely (makes me think SPRING) votives. Can never go wrong with candles.
Thank you ladies!

Cheri I am so glad you had a wonderful time. I tried right up until the last moment to come but alas my migraine would not let me. Next time I hope! Happy Birthday and I have a gift I'll bring you next time I see you! Hugs, Linda

I'm so sorry I missed that too. I was invited, but couldn't make it because of my 10 yr old getting home from school that day. No one would've been home for him, plus I've been suffering with terrible allergies. Looks like you had a great day! I've never eaten there, but that food sure does look good. Looks like you received some nice gifts too. Happy Belated Birthday!
