This is our version of Chuck E. Cheese
There are arcade games which granddaughter likes to play but is not good at the driving ones; her attention was going in another direction...FYI daughter and SIL for when she learns to drive, but anything with balls she seemed to really get the hang of and of course you get more tickets for prizes with those and her face was beaming as the tickets came streaming out.
They have bumper cars, go karts, a huge inflatable water slide, mini golf, mini bowling and more.
I think I have created a monster...she loves it...she knows it is real close to gamma's house and trust me...she will remember.
We went and played her mini golf...they had 19 holes but after 14 you could see the sweat rolling off both of us and we were done according to Miss Mabry except for the 19th hole where your ball goes bye bye and she wanted to roll them in the hole.
To top things off and get in some AC we decided to go to Applebees for lunch. I usually get a half Oriental Chicken Salad and she got chicken tenders with applesauce. She has ate really good while with me...she told me she can't waste food. Her momma and dada are teaching her right.
She is in quiet time now and gamma is having her own version of quiet time.
Tomorrow we are on to baking cookies.
