The Many Faces of Dan and a Salute to our Military and their Families

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY and a HUGE "THANK YOU" to the men and women who serve OUR COUNTRY and their families who sacrifice so much for our FREEDOM....WE SALUTE YOU!

And we want to give a big shout out to our son in-law, Dan, who is serving in the Army and in his many deployments has missed events and milestones in his family's life. It is not only hard on those deployed but for their families as well. They are not in the service and yet they are. They serve our country becoming single parents, supporting their spouses for their chosen profession and everything else that goes with being a military spouse.

Coaching T-ball for his daughter (and daughter being catcher), they make a great team

Missing his sister in-law/brother in-law's wedding and seeing his two girls in the wedding party

His wife, our daughter, came up with this idea to include him. She is always trying to think of ways so that when deployed he isn't missing everything.

Dan left when the littlest one was 2 months old

Missed meeting his new nephew

Dan, where ever you are, we love you and thank you. Jessica, we want to thank you for being a great military wife in supporting Dan and taking over the roll of mom and dad for the girls.

We also want to give a shout out to the First Responders, Police, Firemen and their families for the sacrifices they also make; maybe not for our freedom, but in our safety.
